Northridge at Windance!

HOA Meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month, 6:30 p.m. at the Windance Country Club.

The HOA encourages all members to attend monthly meetings. The board is also providing a call in number. The number is (609) 746-1084, access code 402863. If you have an item you want the board to consider, please email it to us at least one weeks prior to the meeting so it can be added to the agenda.  

*Only members in good standing, as per our bylaws, are allowed to attend board meetings, the annual meeting or vote. 

The Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale will be held Saturday, Oct. 21. In the event of rain, it will be held Oct. 28. Plan to set up in your driveway or garage. The HOA will take care of advertising and putting out signs.

Welcome home!

Located off Robinson Road in Gulfport, just outside the city limits, Northridge is a quiet, safe neighborhood nestled between Lake Village Estates and Windance subdivisions on Adams lake. With just 81 lots, the neighborhood is small enough that residents know their neighbors yet still close enough to the heart of Gulfport for residents to enjoy all the amenities of city living.

Residents who enjoy golf can join the Windance Country Club. There is also a summer membership available for those who wish to use the pool. The Country club also serves meals and has a bar.

To ensure property values are as high as possible and in line with comparable communities in the area, protective covenants are in place and enforced by the Northridge Home Owners Association (HOA). Founded in 1996, the HOA is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. The board is made up of five volunteer residents who are elected by the membership at the annual membership meeting.

The HOA Annual Membership meeting is typically held in late / early February. The HOA board strives to hold monthly meetings the second Tuesday of each month, 6:30 p.m. at the Windance Country Club, however, meeting dates vary from time to time. Annual membership fees of $100 are due June 1st of each year. Late fees apply July 1st. 

 

Copies of official documents, which are housed on the members-only section of the site, are available for residents without internet access for 50 center per page.

*Under Mississippi law upon taking possession of a property the home owner is automatically a member of the HOA and are required to pay annual dues and agree to follow the covenants. 

​

Anyone renting a home, is required to provide tenants with a copy of the covenants.

As per Mississippi law, any lien placed on a property for failure to pay dues or violating a covenant cannot be discharged in bankruptcy or foreclosure, and must be paid in full before a property can be sold.
